Returns
You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
